Roy Aharon specializes in capital markets, securities law, and corporate law.
Roy represents clients in initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary market offerings, private placements, and complex capital market transactions. He accompanies clients through all stages of the transaction and provides ongoing legal counsel to public companies in their day-to-day operations in the Israeli capital market.
Adv. Aharon began his legal training as an intern at Shimonov & Co. in 2025 and joined the firm as an associate in 2026.
