Adv. Liron Azriel joined the firm as an intern in 2007, has been an attorney at the firm since 2008, and became a partner in 2017. Adv. Azriel practices in the areas of securities, capital markets, corporate law and commercial law. She represents public companies traded on the TASE, in public and private offerings. In addition, she advises and assists in the preparation of immediate reports, quarterly reports, periodic reports and commercial agreements.
