In March 2024, Copperline Americas Limited, owned by the Schlesinger family, completed an offering of a new series of bonds totaling approximately NIS 195 million, which was primarily used to replace an existing series of bonds of the company.

Namco Realty Ltd. owned by the US businessman Igal Namdar, has successfully raised approx. NIS 410 million bearing an annual interest rate of 6.35%, as part of the issuance of a new series of bonds secured by mortgages overs two office and commercial buildings on the Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, New York.
An investment deal was signed between the Best Group and the Phoenix Company. According to the agreement, the Best Group, Phoenix Company, and other investors will establish a Canadian partnership to operate in the field of long-term, multiple-unit rental housing in Ontario, Canada. The partnership will be managed by the Best Group. As part of the transaction, Phoenix Company, along with other investors, will invest approximately 160 million Canadian dollars (about 450 million NIS).
