Adv. Nadav Boazy specializes in capital markets, securities law, and corporate law.

Nadav advises clients on public offerings (IPOs), secondary market fundraising, private placements, and capital markets transactions. He provides legal support throughout all stages of the transaction and counsels publicly traded companies on their ongoing activities in the Israeli capital market.

Nadav began his legal career in 2024 as a legal intern at Gornitzky & Co. and joined our firm as an attorney in 2026.
