Adv. Oren Elkabetz is a partner at the firm, specializing in corporate law and the capital market in Israel, with particular focus on securities and mergers and acquisitions of public companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. He provides ongoing legal advice and assistance to public and private companies in IPOs and secondary market offerings, as well as in a wide range of legal and commercial issues related to TASE-traded companies. During his years with the firm, he has been involved in the preparation of a variety of complex legal opinions in the field of corporate law. Besides his specialty in public company merger and acquisition transactions, Adv. Elkabetz provides legal guidance and advice on structural change transactions (in accordance with the section on mergers in the Income Tax Ordinance). In addition, he represents numerous clients in diverse projects (establishment of partnerships, founder agreements, investment and sale agreements, shareholder agreements and collaboration agreements), providing ongoing legal counsel and support throughout all the stages of the project.

Adv. Elkabetz has represented and currently represents public companies that are active in a wide range of sectors, including real estate in Israel, biomed, food, renewable energy, high-tech, low-tech and investments.

Adv. Elkabetz joined the firm in 2002, and became a partner in 2008.
