Jonathan Robinson

Adv. Jonathan Robinson has many years of experience in representing reporting public companies and corporations that are traded on the TASE, as well as private companies, in dozens of IPOs and secondary market offerings that have raised very significant amounts. He represents reporting public companies and corporations in Israel’s capital market, in their day-to-day commercial operations (including legal counsel and assistance in a wide range of issues in corporate and securities law) and in complex processes in the Israeli capital market, and also represents his clients before the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Likewise, he provides representation for leading real estate and hotel companies incorporated in Israel and abroad. Adv. Robinson has also gained unique expertise in representing foreign companies seeking to issue and list securities on the TASE. Adv. Robinson began his internship at Shimonov & Co. in 2003, joined the firm as a lawyer in 2004 and became a partner in 2008.
