Adv. Niv Fogel specializes in capital markets, securities law and corporate law. Niv represents clients in IPOs, secondary market offerings and private allocations. He accompanies clients throughout all the stages of the transaction, as well as public companies in their ongoing activities in the Israeli capital market. Adv. Fogel began his internship at Shimonov & Co. in 2019, and joined as an attorney in 2021.
Adv. Niv Fogel conducted his internship at Shimonov & Co in the Insolvency Department, accompanying clients with all facets of insolvency services, including corporate reorganization and rehabilitation, creditor settlements between companies and their creditors, debt settlements, applications for stay of proceedings, management of receiverships and liquidations.
