Adv. Dudi Berland co-manages with Adv. Benjamin Ben Zimra the non-Israeli foreign offering department at the firm. In his specialty area of offering of foreign companies on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Adv. Berland specializes particularly in the offerings of North American real estate companies. Over the years, he has garnered extensive experience in the representation of public companies in prospectuses and securities offerings vis-à-vis the Israel Securities Authority, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and institutional entities in Israel. In addition, he provides ongoing legal advice to corporate clients on a gamut of corporate and securities law issues, and on their regular day-to-day operations. The international rankings guide The Legal 500 has consistently listed Adv. Berland as a top lawyer. Adv Berland lead over the year hundreds of offerings on the Israeli market. Adv. Berland began his legal career as an intern at the firm in 2008, and joined as a lawyer in 2009.
