Tal Naar

Adv. Tal Naar specializes in capital markets, securities law and corporate law, and regularly advises companies on a variety of aspects of securities law, corporate law and corporate governance. He represents Israeli and foreign clients in a wide range of issues in corporate and securities law, specializing in IPOs and secondary market offerings in the Israeli capital market, private allocations and capital market transactions, and provides advice and guidance to public companies in their day-to-day activities in the Israeli capital market.

Adv. Naar began his legal career as an intern at Shimonov & Co. in 2017, and joined the firm as an attorney in 2018.
