Ran Azran

Adv. Ran Azran Nachum specializes in capital markets, securities law, and corporate law.
Ran advises clients on public offerings (IPOs), secondary market fundraising, private placements, and capital markets transactions. She provides legal support throughout all stages of the transaction and counsels publicly traded companies on their ongoing activities in the Israeli capital market.

Ran began his legal career as a legal intern at FBC & Co. (Fisher, Behar, Chen & Co.) in 2023, and joined our firm as an attorney in 2025.
He is currently completing a research-based Master’s degree in Corporate Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
