Corinne Bitton

Adv. Corinne Bitton is a partner at Shimonov & Co., specializing in capital markets, securities law and corporate law. She has extensive experience in representing Israeli and foreign reporting public companies that are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and have business operations in Israel and abroad.

Adv. Bitton represents her clients in IPOs, secondary market offerings and private allocations, in tender offers and mergers, in drafting commercial agreements and shareholders’ agreements, and more, providing legal advice and assistance throughout all the stages of the transaction.

Additionally, she prepares legal opinions for her clients in her specialty areas, provides them with ongoing legal advice and assistance in a range of issues in corporate law and securities law, and represents them before the statutory authorities, and mainly before the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. She represents companies in the real estate, non-bank credit, industry and retail sectors.

Adv. Bitton began her legal career as an intern at Shimonov & Co. in 2007, joined the firm as an attorney in 2009, and became a partner in 2017.
